Section 52B. When providing land according to section 52c. If a person commits the following acts for the purpose of acquiring land during the management of unruly residents, the designated officer may punish them as follows:-
(a) In case of failure to obtain the property and structure for failure to provide details or submission of false information or records, fine up to twenty five thousand rupees.
(b) If it is proved that the land or structure has been acquired by not giving his details or submitting false details or records, such land or structure shall be confiscated and fined up to one lakh rupees or imprisonment up to one year or both.
(c) A fine which may extend to twenty-five thousand rupees shall be imposed on any person who makes a false statement in writing or makes a false recommendation.
